It's for the best and I know that.
 Doesn't mean it's going to be easy.
 It's been this way for so long it's going to be hard to break old habits but I know it's for the best.
 Now i just have to make my heart believe it as much as my mind does.
My silence shows my pain better than any word can ever do......
